If you violate any of these rules, then we may suspend or terminate your account. We retain the right to terminate your account at our own discretion and to delete information contained within the account for any reason at any time.
If you have reason to believe that someone is breaching any of these Terms, please let us know immediately. If you received spam you think came from a Meebler Service user, we want to know about it. If you think anyone has posted material that violates any copyrights, then please bring this to our attention also.
You may only use our bandwidth for your Digital Message campaigns. We provide image hosting only for your Digital Message campaigns, so you may not host images on our servers for anything other than your Digital Message campaigns (like a website). We may regulate your sending or connection through our API at our sole discretion.
The Service may be accessed throughout Ireland and internationally. Meebler does not represent (i.e. does not claim) that the Service complies with laws (intellectual property laws) of any country outside Ireland. If you access the Service from outside Ireland, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for complying with the laws in the place where you access the Website.
If you are in any doubt as to whether the Website or the Service can be lawfully used by you please do not proceed further with the Service or the Website.
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or send Digital Messages to any recipient in the EEA, you represent and warrant (i.e. you legally promise) that in creating your Digital Message distribution list, sending Digital Messages via the Meebler Service, and collecting information as a result of sending Digital Messages, you:
